Randy has partnered with organizations including Capital One, Circuit City, PlumChoice, and Ultra-Violet Office Solutions, helping improve customer experience, strengthen supplier relationships, and delivering measurable operational and revenue results.

Today, as the Managing Director of Horizon Talent Solutions, he works closely with insurance leaders to identify and attract high-impact talent across Sales, Underwriting, Analytics, and Digital functions. He is known for a relationship-driven approach, analytical perspective, and the ability to build trust quickly with both clients and candidates.
